Tere Priest - Transaction Coordinator

Growing up a Military Brat and living all over the world, Tere settled in Knoxville, TN and raised her family.  After leaving a 38 year career in Early Childhood Education Management, she jumped head first into Real Estate and found a new love.  Tere became a Transaction Coordinator in 2024 and then in 2025, along with Casey, started Paper Trail TC. As your Transaction Coordinator, Tere helps busy agents by making their transactions run smoothly so they can build lasting relationships with their clients.

Casey McCord - Admin and Social Media

Casey was born in Alabama and grew up in Knoxville and is a married Mom to 3 children - 2 boys and a girl.  And yes, she might be an Alabama fan too, as well as a Tennessee Vol fan. Casey has worked in various admin positions and in apartment leasing before being able to be a stay-at-home Mom (although she is rarely at home with all the athletes in her house).  Casey handles our Billing and Social Media.

Caryss is excited to join the team as a Transaction Coordinator, where she'll keep transactions organized and on track, approaching every opportunity with intention and integrity. She takes pride in working hard, building genuine relationships, and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Outside of work she's a proud aunt, sushi enthusiast, and enjoys spending time on the pickleball court. Caryss looks forward to supporting our agents and serving with excellence.
